Day 12 - Another Bad Day

I didn't do to good earlier today but I'm trying to stay to a stricter schedule now.. still taking my showers at 5am and I'm going to have food ready when I come out.. I just need a way to last through this adjusting phase.. BFBC2 is gettin borin and theres really no other FPS worth playin as far as I know


12:40am
Was extremely tired and I didn't know how I was going to make it after 1AM and it seems like I didn't do that well of a job.  I decided to sleep in the living room since I felt so miserable from sleeping in my computer chair for my other naps so I took my 12:40am nap and everything was fine.. woke up at 1am like I was suppose to and I left and went to my room.. seems like I came back in the living room and fell asleep.. it was about 2-3 when I woke up and I was told I would wake up and do something but I don't remember any of this.. I felt pretty rested so knew somethin was up

4:40am
Was happy to find out that I was able to sleep but I was very tired when I woke up.. took a shower and didn't feel like taking time to make something to eat so I just went back to my room.. Wasn't too happy about the hours I lost earlier from goin back to that comfy couch and decided to look up some other peoples sleep logs just to compare their experiences with mine.. I came across a couple where people stopped the first day..talkin about how they felt and why they are giving up. At least it made me feel better since i got this far into it but I'm just not sure if its working or not.. it should be but as far as where I am after I overslept.. I'm just not too sure

8:40am
Regular nap here.. no dreams though but hopefully I get some next nap.. I hope I didn't oversleep the full 2 hours last nite.. really don't feel like goin back to body aches and a racin heart.. thats just not fun stuff

12:40pm
Had my food (oatmeal) prepared and in the microwave ready for when I got to the kitchen since I discovered that lovely Delayed Start.. worked pretty well :).. I also had dreams thankfully I just need to stick to a strict schedule while battling these micronaps and I should make it through

4:40pm
This nap came and I didn't really feel too well when I woke up.. everything went pretty well other then that

8:40pm
Starting to get tired pretty early so I think the sleep I got when I wasn't suppose to might of made it harder for me to stay awake at night somehow
