Stayin up til this nap was painful! I was so tired.. I ended up dozin off a little bit in this highchair so I just decided to hop on the sofa 10 mins early.. I didn't want to fall asleep but at the same time I didn't want to doze off of a highchair and wake up after hittin the floor. I made it through the nap and it seemed so short I'm not even sure if I actually slept.. I'm pretty sure I did because the clock skipped from 12:39am to 1:00am.. I wasnt so sure if I slept so i just laid there until 1:05am

Stayin up for this nap was pretty eaasy after I got my nap in arund 1am.. If I have problems again tonite I might try adding a nap halfway between my naps for 20 ins.. that way I can feel refreshed and make it to the scheduled nap .. I heard this is fine to do but I am a little worried about what it does to the time adjustin.. but since I made it through I'm goin to go hop in the shower and get ready for today.

I had a big meal yesterday which I shouldn't of had.. today seems a little more difficult than it should be.. The last time I slept alot not countin the time I had to skip a nap was due to the meal being to the same type of meal that I had last nite.. This nap went fine, but I'm no REM sleep + the meal that I ate is havin me extremely sleepy at the moment

Still tired.. it seems like its 8pm right now which means I'm goin to have a rough day.. hopefully I can get something light to eat since the only thing I really have is pasta.. The lacck of a schedule is really a problem.. I'm not sure what I should or shouldn't be doing since I usually just work throughout the day.. I can't really do that right now since sometimes its just hard to be creative when I'm as tired as I am.. I find myself just sitting here browsing websites most of the time and I need some more activity to stay awake.. came in from this nap at about 1:04pm and I was very tired..I started dozin off at around 1:06pm and seems I slept from then to about 3:58pm
So at this point.. The causes that I can think about are
- Lack of schedule
- Too tired to be creative
- Eating big meals

Like I thought I wasn't able to sleep so I just laid down and relaxed.. I feel better than I did before but still a little tired and still have some stomach pains

Nap went alright.. made some food and drank lots of water.. about to play bad company 2 to pass a little time.. and then maybe some Singularity then a movie.. Hopefully from this point I can finish adjusting since I'm tired of bein sleepy/tired when I shouldn't be
