So far so good.. my naps have been on schedule.. some a little bit late.. maybe 4 minutes at the most but thats about it.. It seems I'm starting to suffer from micronaps.. usualy aroudn 5am-11am.. I just cant stay awake.. my head always nods and I just sleep eventually.. usually its a short nap like 10 minutes but it still worries me.. because that could turn into a 2 hour nap..
