So I haven't been able to have any REM sleep so far.. startin to wonder how long this will last since its harder to feel rested without REM

Before this nap I was getin ready to play Bad Company 2 but while the game was loading a quick unscheduled nap snuck up on me. nothin too bad.. I then did take my scheduled nap and still no REM.. I'm wonderin if it has somethin to do with what I'm eatin.. Also I'm not feelin that high feelin from the serotonin anymore.. I'm startin to doze a little so I'm goin to go and take a shower

Can definitely feel the serotonin right now.. feel so relaxed it would be so easy to go to sleep.. I am gettin worried bout my dreams.. before I started experiencing what happens with high serotonin i used to get plenty of dreams.. will just have to see how this turns out.. i do thikn im on the right track though.. I'll just have to look at some more sleep logs to see if anyone else has experienced somethin like this.. If it wasn't for the serotonin I would be extremely tired right now because of how i felt when i went to sleep.. but now i just feel high.. it doesnt last too long tho.. its usually no more than 15 minutes and then I feel relaxed and refreshed.. so i n a way its like how I feel after REM without atually gettin REM sleep

Still no REM and but still feel the serotonin in my system.. Startin to wonder how long this will last.. not much else to report other thanth at..

Decided that I''m goin to go see my family today so my 4:40am nap should be interestin o type about.. I don't think I'm adjusted enough or ready to be sleeping in unfamiliar places but it's important so I'll have to find a place to sleep when the time comes

I found a nice quiet couch to sleep on, but it was hard for me to fall asleep. It just took me longer since I wasn't too familiar with sleeping in the environment I was in.. definitely was different.. I ended up getting about 15 mins of sleep since my nap was interrupted when I heard some knocks

Made it home just in time for this nap so it went pretty well.. Didn't feel too well after I woke up and still was pretty tired.. I kinda feel like me feelin the way I am has somethin to do with the nap at 4:40pm but not sure what I can do now
