I went out and bought Singularity which made it pretty easy to get through the zombie phase.. I actually did have some micronaps for about 3 minutes but i dont think that will mess up much..

This nap I couldn't even sleep.. I got done drawing and I guess my mind just kept going so I just laid back in my chair with my feet up and relaxed for the 20 minutes.. It seems that worked out pretty well!

I got to this nap a little late due to showering.. really need to start timing my naps better I think its causin a huge problem.. ended up only getting 9 minutes but I did have some dreams

I missed this nap completely.. my body felt pretty bad and I was waiting for this nap to come because it was getting hard for me to stay up and all of a sudden the alarm to wake me up at 9:00am goes off.. Have no idea what happen to the alarm to remind me to goto sleep.. I'm going to set up a couple more just to remind me to sleep right now

This nap went fine.. was able to dream during this nap and I was happy but when I woke up at 1pm I was still extremely tired.. Next thing I know I wake up and I'm on the floor.. sometimes my memory just goes and my body does what it wants.. can be irritating since it prolongs the adjusting phase. After checking the activity for my computer seems I was sleep for about 1 hr-1hr 30 minutes

Nap went pretty well and I feel fine now.. no body aches or discomfort of any kind.. Been thinkin about the unscheduled sleep I've been getting the last few days and number 2 on this page is exactly what I'm dealing with.. and it seems it actually popped up right on time (night 8-12) so I feel a little better about my progress and how I'm doing.. I just gotta get pass this part.. I'll have to figure out when I get tired to where I'm havin problems stayin awake and I'm goin to cook dinner for that night or the next day depending on the time I start sleepin

This nap was fine.. went to sleep with some body aches and when i woke up they were gone.. I'm starting to notice the times that i DO have a dream I feel refreshed when I wake up so I can tell if I had a dream based on how I feel when I get up.. when I don't have a dream I usually feel worse than I did before the nap
