Day 23 - Blah

At around 10pm I decided to go into the living room to see somethin on tv.. I got back in my room at 10:45pm sit down and I'm sleepin right away.  The reason why I haven't been having problems oversleeping too much lately is because after a few days ago I set up alarms to go off every 15 mins of every hour 24 hrs a day.. it helps a ton.. so I had those set up and they should wake me up if I were to sleep for too long but it seems like the power cord to my laptop was snatched out by my dog when I was gone yesterday... so instead of waking up from bein soooooooo tired I slept until about 1:20am. It's frustratin when progress gets messed up for stupid reasons like this.. my fault since I didn't check everythin when I came home but still..

12:40am
Slept through this nap.

4:40am
Was dozin off and off until this point so I don't remember much.. It seems I was awake though. When it was time to take this nap I was very sleepy and it felt like the nap was 5 mins long when it was time to wake up.. usually my naps feel like they are hours and hours long so that was strange.. I stayed awake fine until it was time for my next nap

8:40am
I had a dream this nap and also had that fuzzy serotonin feelin when I woke up.. maybe I'm not as off as I thought.. I'll have to see over the next couple of days how things work out.  I have all my alarms set and ready and enough to keep me busy.. I don't want to start over so I'll just try to keep on goin and see where it takes me.

12:40pm
Was able to have another dream.. and I'm startin to feel better throughout the day.  As long as I can stay busy through the nite I should be fine..

4:40pm
I'm starting to run out of things to type each day since there isn't much of a difference between my updates.. so sometimes they might be pretty short.  This nap went really well.. Not tired at all.. As long as I stay busy.. have movies ready to be watched and make sure I always update my list with a ton of stuff to do I should be fine

8:40pm
Nap went well.. No dreams but I'm startin to feel rested even when I don't have them.. I wake up before my alarm or right when it goes off and I just feel extremely rested.. As long as I dont have any unscheduled sleep I think I'll be fine
