Day 17 - New Day!

12:40am
Ahh no dreams.. I'm pretty tired now.. I'm not sure how I'm going to make it through the nite but I';; do it somehow.. I wanted to see an action movie but I couldn't really decide so I probably won't be watchin anythin like that tonite and I think I'm going to have to take Singularity back to Gamestop.. its a fun game and all, but I bought it for the multiplayer like I do most of my games and it just feels like it was a last minute thing.. I have no idea how I'll make it through the nite like this.. feels like I can pass out but I won't let it happen anymore.. time to get pass that last hump

4:40am
REM again! bout time I started dreaming again.. I feel so much better now. I am still a littie tired but I feel rested.. I think I should feel a lot better after my 8:40 nap so I'm looking forward to that.. Happy that I made it without any unscheduled sleep and hopefully tomorrow will be the same

8:40am
I felt refreshed like I had a dream but I'm not too sure if I had one or not.. I don't remember one.. I decided to take this nap on the sofa since I was able to be watched while I was sleepin.

12:40pm
Since I'm starting to wake up a couple minutes before my alarm goes off I turn off the alarm and sometimes I drift right back off to sleep.. so instead of getting up at 12:58am I got up at 1:08am.. overslept a little bit but I don't think thats hurting anything.. I ended up making some oatmeal and eggs to eat and then went in my room to see what I could do to pass the time.

4:40pm
I try ont to do anything thats to mentally stressful but thats pretty much everything I do so I find myself drifting off since I'm trying to figure out what to do.. I need to watch more movies I think to pass the time between naps.. I would like to draw but that can be pretty stressful so I try to find other things to do..  I been interested in motion graphics and considered takin it up and I do have the programs that I need but I'm not sure if thats somethin I want to do to pass the time.. Maybe I'll try putting up some websites (I'm a Web Designer btw).. either way I just need to find a way to pass time to where I'm not too busy.. I ended up fallin asleep before this nap for about 20 minutes which isnt too bad and when I went to sleep for the actual nap I don't remember if I actually got to sleep. It just went so quick! it was 4:38pm when I put my head down and in a blink it was 5:00pm.  I'm feeling better about the unscheduled sleep since it started with 2-3 hrs for unscheduled sleep and it dropped to 1hr and now around 20-30 minutes.. so I think I'm adjustin

This nap went pretty well.. I woke up a couple minutes before the alarm went off again so it seems my body is adjusting to the times im suppose to be awake. No REM though..
