Yesterday I did pretty well with the micronaps/oversleeping and i felt like I figured out how to continue without having to worry about oversleeping. Later in the day though my day kept gettin worse.. and worse and I ended up oversleepin 20 minutes.. not too bad. My luck did get worse throughout the day though

This nap went perfectly fine.. went to sleep and woke up right on time.. I was browsing through websites and about to start working when my damn mouse dies.. look around the house to find some AA batteries and I can't find any at all.. I got a call at 1:07am from a friend and I thought it would be a good way to stay awake and it was! She eventually wanted to goto sleep and when she did thats when things went down hill.. with no mouse I didn't have much I could do and I fell asleep.. seems like those tiny windows of time when I'm not doin anythin is where the trouble begins..I ended up sleepin for about an hour.. thats not too bad but on Day 18 I think I should be further ahead.. so I thikn I have some decisions to make in the near future

Well this nap I wasn't able to sleep so I just relaxed my body as much as possible and thats about it for that nap.. I'm trying to decide now if I want to continue with Uberman, switch to SPAMAYAL, or start over by gettin a few days of Monophasic sleep and then goin back to Uberman. SPAMAYAL seems interestin and if I did do it I would follow my same 1am5am9am/1pm5pm9pm schedule but add in some extra naps when I get tired

No REM.. body startin to feel pretty bad :/.. I'm gong to just stay busy for now.. not much else to say at the moment

got some REM sleep so I feel better than I did earlier.. I don't feel as refreshed as I usually do but I'll see how I feel after the next nap.. I'm goin to go play some BFBC2.. see if that wakes me up any and then I'll start workin or drawin

I fell asleep for 20 minutes at around 4:00pm, so when it was time for my I wasn't able to sleep.. I did lay around and relax while trying to sleep at this time though

At this time something came up and I wasn't sure what I was going to do about this nap. I remembered somethin about bein able to take naps halfway between the scheduled times which would mean between 8:40pm and 12:40pm I would take a nap.. so since I wasn't able to take this nap at 8:40pm I was going to take a nap at 10:40pm, 12:40pm, 2:40am, and then my next scheduled nap at 4:40am.. seems at 9:19pm my eyes were closes and at 9:22pm i was pretty much out of it..
