nothing to report about the nap..
from about 1am to about 5am-6am is when polyphasic seems to be easiest for me.. not surprising when this period is when I used to work best as a monophasic sleeper.. It's once of my favorite parts of t he day since it feels like the world is sleep and I can really focus on what I'm doing.. I use this time now to watch movies or play games since it IS quiet.. cant be alone with those evil micronaps.. around 2ish I started watchin Quantum of Solace

I finished Quantum of Solace minutes before this nap and then took my nap.. I don't think I overslept because I remember when and how I turned the alarms off at 5 but I don't remember what I was doing after that.. I dont think I was oversleeping because I remember doing something when I woke up.. I did notice my keyboard was on top of my pillow at 6:14am.. so I think I'm going to have to add another alarm thats going to force me to get out of my chair and turn it off..

I had a dream during this 20 minute nap which wasn't as disturbing as my other dreams.. I don't feel like typing it out but they seem to be gettin better

Nap went normal but I might of had a bunch of micronaps which turned into another nap around 1pm-2pm

Suppose to be napping right now since its 4:57pm but I can't sleep.. must of gotten enough rest durin the micronaps i guess
