Today has been the easiest day so far seems like I have been getting used to my schedule.. all my naps up to this point have been on time and I'm noticing that there is a period when I'm about to sleep where I notice im not fully awake and I'm very close to enter my nap for 20 minutes.. Today I had a problem tho, during my 3rd nap (12:40-1:00pm) I overslept for what seems to be about 5 hours. I'm not sure what this is going to change but I think this might of reset what I've done in the last 3 days.. I hope it didn't but I'll have to see.. I used to sleep in my bed wtih my legs hanging off the edge but I'm going to start sleepin in my chair now since its not as comfortable.. hopefully this works out. I have a nap coming up in about 2 hours and 20 minutes and i want to see whats going to happen then.. hopefully not 2 much changed but judgining by how I feel right now im not too happy about me oversleeping for that long.
